We list our current coffee offerings and pricing on our company website. We are not responsible for information, including that which may be out of date on third party websites.
If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Red Cedar Coffee Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Ordering
Please make sure your order is complete and correct before finalizing it. If you submit your order and need to change an item in that order, it is our policy to cancel the original transaction so that you can repurchase to make the correction.
Shipping
Generally, online orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Red Cedar Coffee Co. and the USPS are closed on federal holidays.
Coffee orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We cannot guarantee the arrival time of any package. Once your order leaves our roasting facility it is under the control of the USPS.
We do not ship internationally.
Refunds
Because fresh coffee is a perishable food, it cannot be returned.
Merchandise cannot be returned if it is opened. These include brewers, grinders, and apparel. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Please note that glassware, ceramic and stoneware are not returnable/exchangeable due to their higher risk of breakage including by normal wear and tear, commercial use or misuse of the product.
If your order contains an error please call us at 440.260.7509 or email [email protected] within 3 days of arrival to arrange a replacement.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Orders
Red Cedar Coffee Co. is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that cannot have the insurance claimed (tracking labels that read “Delivered”). We are also not responsible for errors made by USPS. If your item is delayed past its “estimated arrival date” it is out of our control. We suggest filing a complaint with the USPS. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office and give them your tracking number.
